TASHKENT, March 17. /Dunyo/. In implementation of the Resolution of the President of Uzbekistan “On ensuring the worthy observance of the holy month of Ramadan”, iftars were organized on March 13–15 under the auspices of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for representatives of low-income and needy families residing in the Shurchinsky, Kumkurgan, and Jarkurgan districts of Surkhandarya region, a Dunyo correspondent reports.

The events were attended by 250 people in Shurchi district, 250 people in Kumkurgan district, and 240 people in Jarkurgan district.

During the iftars, participants shared prayers and thoughts for peace in the country, the well-being of the people, and the continuation of good deeds being carried out in the homeland.
