-  Today, our cultural and humanitarian exchanges and cooperation are becoming increasingly attractive. A visa-free regime is in place between our countries. Furthermore, the fruitful cooperation between scientific institutes and higher educational institutions is of immense importance.

On the one hand, scholarly discussions on topical issues of mutual interest help deepen mutual understanding. On the other hand, contacts between ordinary people, particularly youth and students, ensure the continuity of the established friendly relations.

Today, artificial intelligence is developing at a rapid pace, providing an opportunity to pursue cooperation at a higher level under new conditions. Particularly within the framework of the “Belt and Road” initiative, we can further advance trade and economic exchanges, which serves the common interests of China and Uzbekistan.

Development of Uzbekistan in recent years has been highly successful. Recently, I have seen firsthand that the appearance of the country has undergone tremendous changes, and the people are in excellent spirits. Judging by the development dynamics of recent years, achieving the goals of the 'Uzbekistan-2030' Strategy will present no difficulties for the country.

I wish Uzbekistan further economic prosperity, and its people an increasingly prosperous life, so that Chinese-Uzbek relations progress steadily, friendship is passed from generation to generation, and we together build a shared bright future.
