AKTAU, July 7. /Dunyo IA/.    Diplomats from the Consulate General of Uzbekistan, in cooperation with “AKFA Medline”, one of the country's leading multidisciplinary clinics, organized an informational tour for representatives of the largest travel companies in the western regions of Kazakhstan, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

Event was aimed at promoting Uzbekistan's potential in the field of medical tourism, expanding partnerships with Kazakhstani tour operators and creating favorable conditions for increasing the influx of foreign patients.

Representatives from travel companies including “GO TRAVEL PRO”, “TRAVEL TOP”, “Sanrise”, “Kumis Jebe”, “Khan-Turan Travel”, “Easy Travel”, “Clover Tour” and “Aliance Tour” participated in the info tour.

As part of the program, the participants familiarized themselves with the modern capabilities of Uzbekistan's healthcare system, the prospects for medical tourism development, as well as the high-tech treatment and diagnostic facilities of the “AKFA Medline” clinic. The guests were presented with advanced diagnostic and treatment methods, innovative medical equipment, robotic technologies and international standards of medical care utilized at the clinic.

Following the info tour, parties confirmed their mutual interest in further developing cooperation, expanding interaction between Kazakhstani travel organizations and Uzbekistani medical institutions, as well as implementing joint projects aimed at promoting medical tourism and increasing tourist exchange between the two countries.
