MADRID, January 12. /Dunyo IA/. On February 25, 2026, a conference titled “Uzbekistan at the Crossroads: Regional Dynamics and Iberian Relations” will be held at the Centro Riojano de Madrid cultural centre in Madrid, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

The event is being organized by the Embassy of Uzbekistan in cooperation with the Autonomous University of Madrid and the University of Cádiz, with support from Casa Asia.

The conference will feature presentations by Spanish and Portuguese scholars and experts on Uzbekistan’s relations with Spain and Portugal, regional security and geopolitics, as well as academic, cultural, and economic cooperation.

The conference is expected to have a significant positive impact on strengthening cultural and diplomatic ties, as well as enhancing economic relations between Spain and Uzbekistan.
