Entrepreneurs of Poland’s Subcarpathian voivodeship ready to cooperate with partners in Uzbekistan

• 140WARSAW, January 12. /Dunyo IA/. Uzbek diplomats organized a roundtable discussion with entrepreneurs from Poland’s Subcarpathian Voivodeship, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
The event was attended by executives of major regional companies, including Liderzy Nieruchomosci, Dreyzac, Pro Basecamp, Brigante, Szwalnia Janus, Yoshi Innovation, Fireflies, Customs Clearance Services Poland, and Poplonski Trading Company.
During the roundtable, the parties discussed prospects for developing interregional cooperation in the fields of production, trade, investment, and tourism. Polish business representatives were presented with Uzbekistan’s trade, economic, and investment potential, as well as opportunities in the tourism sector.
As a result of the meeting, agreements were reached on implementing mutually beneficial projects in priority areas, including the transition to a green economy, pharmaceuticals, aviation, construction, transport and logistics, food industry, textile and chemical industries, geology, tourism, labor migration, development of digital technologies and artificial intelligence, as well as education.
The parties also agreed to organize a business mission of representatives of these companies to Uzbekistan in February–March, including visits to the Surkhandarya region, and to discuss the opening of stores of Polish companies in the Termez International Trade Center Free Economic Zone.
