“Roundtable” in Aktau of Kazakhstan highlights Uzbek Youth Initiatives and Heritage of Navoi and Babur
AKTAU, February 23. /Dunyo IA/. Uzbek diplomats met with their compatriots studying at the Caspian State University of Technology and Engineering named after Sh.Yessenov, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
During the event, participants were briefed on the reform policies being implemented by the President of Uzbekistan, aimed at comprehensive support for youth, as well as on new initiatives and projects being steadily rolled out across the country.
The meeting included a “roundtable” dedicated to the legacy of eminent Eastern statesmen and thinkers - Alisher Navoi and Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur. Their contributions to the development of statehood, national values and civil society institutions were highlighted during the discussion.
Students were also introduced to youth initiatives currently active in Uzbekistan, including “Ibrat Farzandlari”, “Ustoz AI”, “Girls’ Academy”, “UzChess”, “Creative Park”, among others.
Most Uzbek students at the university are pursuing studies in technical, economic, tourism, IT and legal fields. During the meeting, diplomats explained the procedures and requirements for the nostrification of foreign diplomas in Uzbekistan. They provided consular and legal support, carefully reviewed student inquiries and offered guidance as needed.
Participants were additionally informed about key provisions of Kazakhstan’s migration legislation and were provided with relevant consular consultations.
