MINSK, June 15. /Dunyo IA/. At the initiative of our country’s Embassy in Belarus, a meeting was held at the Minsk Automobile Plant with compatriots working there, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

The event was attended by officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, who are on an official mission to Belarus, representatives of the Migration Agency, diplomats of the Embassy, as well as compatriots.

During the dialogue, particular attention was paid to the issues of preventing the involvement of citizens in criminal activities related to illicit drug trafficking, terrorism, religious extremism, and other destructive phenomena. The compatriots were provided with explanations regarding the protection of their rights and legitimate interests.

Furthermore, the meeting participants were reminded of the need to comply with the legislation of the host country, ensure legal and orderly residence, and avoid damaging the image of Uzbekistan, as well as the importance of preventing involvement in radical movements and illegal groups.

During the meeting, information was also presented on the opportunities being created for citizens working abroad, the benefits provided by the state, and the new initiatives being implemented by the Migration Agency.
