Dozens of new memorandums signed between universities of Uzbekistan and Turkey within the framework of the IV Rectors' Forum

• 28BUKHARA, May 25. /Dunyo IA/. Bukhara State Technical University hosted the IV Rectors' Forum of Uzbekistan and Türkiye on the theme “Development of Uzbek-Turkish Cooperation in Higher Education for Global Competitiveness”, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
The opening ceremony was attended by Erol Arcaklıoğlu, Member of the Executive Committee of the Council of Higher Education of Turkey and Head of the Delegation, Asror Norov, Director of the Innovative Development Agency, Bakhtiyor Odilov, Deputy Khokim of the Bukhara Region and Sadokat Siddikova, Rector of the University.
The forum was attended by the heads of about 60 higher education institutions from Uzbekistan and Turkey, rectors, vice-rectors, teachers and international experts.
Plenary sessions featuring the leaders of the two countries' leading universities took place within the framework of the event. The participants discussed issues of competitive personnel training, improving the quality of education, developing innovative cooperation and academic integration.
Following the forum, dozens of new memorandums and roadmaps for cooperation development were signed between the universities and plans for further interaction were outlined.
