Business Forum Featuring Uzbek Entrepreneurs held in the Turkish city of Mersin

• 26MERSIN, July 30. /Dunyo IA/. Within the framework of their visit to the Mersin Province, representatives of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Türkiye held meetings, participated in a business forum and toured production and logistics facilities, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
Business forum, which featured Mustafa Özdamar, Vice Chairman of the Mersin Chamber of Commerce and Industry, drew over 40 entrepreneurs from both nations representing sectors such as agriculture, logistics, and greenhouse farming, among others. The participants discussed expanding cooperation and developing export infrastructure, highlighting Mersin's role as a strategic hub for exporting Uzbek products to the markets of Türkiye, Europe and the Middle East.
Delegation also familiarized themselves with the Mersin Free Zone (MESBAŞ), which hosts over 330 companies with a turnover of 3.5 billion dollars, while representatives of the Uzbek juice brand “Dena” expressed interest in utilizing the zone's warehousing infrastructure.
Following the visit, agreements were reached to continue cooperation in trade, investment, logistics and the promotion of Uzbek brands in international markets.
