ТАSHKENT, July 24. /Dunyo IA/.  Today, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev held a telephone conversation with the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

According to the press service of the Head of our State, at the beginning of the conversation, Rustam Minnikhanov warmly congratulated the President of Uzbekistan on his birthday, sincerely wishing him good health, well-being, and continued success in his multifaceted work for the prosperity of the Uzbek people.

Two sides discussed further expanding practical cooperation between the regions of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Tatarstan.

Particular attention was paid to joint measures to increase trade turnover and accelerate industrial cooperation projects in priority sectors.
