“I was pleased to have a substantive discussion with Jean-Noël Barrot, France’s Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, – wrote on her telegram-channel the Head of the Administration of the President of Uzbekistan, Saida Mirziyoyeva. – France is one of Uzbekistan’s key strategic partners in Europe. Our cooperation spans such areas as energy, transport, infrastructure, education, and healthcare.
