NAGOYA, November 7. /Dunyo IA/.  Embassy of Uzbekistan in Japan organized a mobile consular reception in the city of Nagoya for citizens residing in Aichi, Gifu, Kyoto, Osaka prefectures and neighbouring regions, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

During the reception, practical assistance was rendered to compatriots on various consular and legal issues. In particular, documents were accepted for processing biometric passports for travel abroad, notarial acts were performed, and other applications from citizens were considered.

Special attention was paid to the matters of legal residency and employment activities in Japan, compliance with local legislation, timely extension of the status of residence and the prevention of offenses.

Conducting mobile receptions near the places of residence of citizens allows for reducing their time and financial costs, as well as making consular services more accessible.

Embassy of Uzbekistan intends to continue organizing such events to protect the rights and legitimate interests of compatriots, increase the accessibility of consular services and strengthen direct interaction with citizens abroad.
