VIENNA, December 20. /IA "Dunyo"/. The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has published a report on the completion of the pilot phase of the Agency's Integrated Initiative COMPASS, reports a "Dunyo" information agency correspondent.

The report highlights successful cooperation with Uzbekistan, one of the first countries to complete activities under the COMPASS pilot phase.
According to the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Vienna, the COMPASS program provides states with outreach, a platform for the exchange of experience, ensures the purchase and transfer of specialized equipment, provides scholarships and organizes scientific visits and training of specialists.
The report highlights the achievements and lessons learned from the COMPASS pilot phase, presents plans for the next cycle of the program, and particularly notes the importance of the participation of organizations and specialists from Uzbekistan, thanks to which the activities of the COMPASS pilot phase were successfully completed.
