Uzbekistan showcases its potential at the prestigious "Singapore FinTech Festival"

SINGAPORE, November 20. /Dunyo IA/. One of the world’s most prestigious and largest international events in the field of financial technologies – "Singapore FinTech Festival" has taken place in Singapore, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

Alongside thousands of participants from around the world, representatives of Uzbekistan also took part in the forum, presenting the country’s rapidly developing fintech ecosystem.
Within the framework of the exhibition, Uzbekistan’s national pavilion showcased the products and services of the country’s leading fintech companies and banks — including "Payme", "MEDIA", "Paynet", "Uzcard", "Fido-Biznes", "Alif", as well as "Kapital Bank", "Uzum Bank", and "TBC Bank". The platform provided these institutions with an opportunity to present their innovations and establish connections with advanced technology providers and investors from numerous countries around the world.
Representatives of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan and the FinTech Association delivered presentations outlining the reforms being implemented in the country to develop and regulate the sector, as well as the favorable conditions created for market participants.
According to numerous international business representatives who attended presentations on the potential of Uzbekistan’s financial technology market and held bilateral discussions with Uzbek companies and banks, Uzbekistan has once again demonstrated its attractiveness to investors. Thanks to its enabling investment climate and forward-looking development strategy, the country is emerging as one of the regional leaders in this sector.
