OSLO, December 13. /Dunyo IA/. Diplomats from the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Stockholm held a meeting with a group of Uzbek nationals residing in Norway, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

The meeting focused on strengthening ties with the Uzbek diaspora. During an open dialogue, community members put forward a number of proposals for joint cultural, educational, and tourism initiatives in Norway, involving the Vatandoshlar Public Foundation.

In addition, embassy representatives provided outreach consular and legal services to Uzbek citizens living in this Scandinavian country.

Discussions with active diaspora members also addressed opportunities to further promote Uzbekistan’s export potential and expand labour migration cooperation, reflecting the country’s ongoing commitment to supporting its citizens abroad while enhancing bilateral economic ties.
