BEIJING, December 28. /Dunyo IA/. Li Yongquan, Director of the Institute for the Social Development of Europe and Asia of the Research Centre of the State Council of China, extended New Year greetings to the people of Uzbekistan:
- On the eve of 2026, I would like to sincerely wish the entire people of Uzbekistan a Happy New Year! The upcoming year will be truly significant as friendly and partnership relations between China and Uzbekistan continue to develop steadily.
Looking back at the past year, we see that Uzbekistan has consistently achieved great success in implementing the Uzbekistan – 2030 Strategy. I closely follow the country’s reform process and witness the fundamental changes taking place under the influence of these reforms. Their goals are clearly focused on serving the interests of the people, promoting green development, and advancing high-tech industries. The direction is well defined, and the steps taken to implement it are reliable and determined.
Looking ahead, I can confidently say that if bilateral trade continues to expand and leverages the tremendous potential for cooperation, our achievements will undoubtedly reach new heights.
