Solemn graduation ceremony for Uzbek students held in Israel

TEL AVIV, October 1. /Dunyo IA/. A solemn graduation ceremony was held at the Holon Institute of Technology (HIT) for students from Uzbekistan who completed their studies under the dual-degree program, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

The students studied in the fields of "Applied Mathematics" and "Computer Science" having successfully completed their academic course within the framework of co-operation between HIT and leading universities in Uzbekistan.
The dual degree programme, which is part of international educational cooperation, allows students to simultaneously receive degrees from both the Israeli HIT Institute and their home universities, such as Bukhara State University, the National University of Uzbekistan and Samarkand State University.
The ceremony was attended by HIT faculty members who noted the high level of preparation of students from Uzbekistan and their commitment to academic excellence. The online format of the event was attended by the leadership of the above-mentioned universities, who expressed their gratitude for the opportunity to participate in such an important educational initiative.
The dual degree programme between Uzbekistan and Israel continues to strengthen academic ties between the countries and opens new perspectives for students in international scientific and technological fields.
