Uzbek Muslim Board Delegation holds meeting with Uzbek students in Cairo

• 443CAIRO, January 23. /Dunyo IA/. A delegation led by the Chairman of the Muslim Board of Uzbekistan, Mufti Nuriddin Kholiqnazarov, has participated in an international conference in Egypt dedicated to the development of vocational education and traditional crafts, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
As part of the visit, the delegation also met with Uzbek students currently pursuing their studies in Egypt. During the meeting, Mufti Nuriddin Kholiqnazarov briefed the students on the wide-ranging reforms being implemented in Uzbekistan at the initiative of the President, particularly in the fields of religious education, fatwa issuance and the training of highly qualified specialists.
The discussion focused on measures aimed at enhancing the professional capacity of religious sector personnel and strengthening their social support. Special emphasis was placed on the importance of students studying abroad returning home as leading experts in the religious and educational sphere, contributing to the promotion of tolerance, enlightened faith and public awareness within society.
The talks with the students also addressed the importance of loyalty to the homeland, respect for national values, strict observance of the laws of the host country, and the application of knowledge and experience gained abroad for the benefit of national development, the advancement of religious education and the upbringing of younger generations.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the students expressed their gratitude for the engagement and open dialogue, reaffirming their readiness to contribute to the future prosperity of their homeland and to the well-being of society.
