Thailand highly appreciates cultural and humanitarian cooperation with Uzbekistan

BANGKOK, April 21. /Dunyo IA/. The event was dedicated to the donation of the book-album series “Cultural Heritage of Uzbekistan in the World Collections”, which reflects the history, culture, and creative legacy of the prominent representatives of the Uzbek people.
The article also provides information about the National Library of the Kingdom of Thailand. Founded on October 12, 1905, the library has been engaged in collecting, preserving, and providing access to the country's valuable information resources for over 121 years.
The author notes that on April 9, the Consulate General of Uzbekistan in Bangkok presented a 74-volume encyclopedia collection to the National Library of Thailand. The publications were accepted by Khanita Chotikavanich, Deputy Director-General of the Department of Fine Arts, and Buppa Chuchat, Director of the National Library.
It is emphasized that the 'Cultural Heritage of Uzbekistan' series includes invaluable materials on the country's history and cultural wealth. The donation of these books aims to foster cultural exchange and strengthen mutual understanding between the peoples of Uzbekistan and Thailand.
