ТASHKENT, February 2. /Dunyo IA/. A press conference was held ahead of the “Intelligent Building Expo Tashkent - 2026”, scheduled to take place in May this year, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

The event, organized in collaboration with “UzEltechsanoat” Association, outlined the goals and objectives of the exhibition, its strategic importance for Uzbekistan’s economy and the main focus areas, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

The press conference highlighted that this major project is being organized in Uzbekistan for the first time by the renowned German company “Messe Frankfurt”. The exhibition will unite four key sectors on a single platform: water supply and energy, lighting systems and “smart” buildings, security technologies and cable-conducting products.

During the event, significant attention will be given to smart building technologies, automated systems for managing homes and offices, energy efficiency and resource-saving “green” technologies. In addition, the exhibition will showcase the latest innovations in engineering solutions, climate control, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, modern security systems, and cable industry products, providing a comprehensive view of the current trends in smart construction and infrastructure development.

Experts believe that hosting such a prestigious event in Uzbekistan will provide local manufacturers with opportunities to enter the global market and establish direct dialogue with international investors.

The “Intelligent Building Expo Tashkent - 2026” is expected to become a major and influential industry platform not only for Uzbekistan but for the entire Central Asian region. In turn, this will further solidify Uzbekistan’s reputation as a hub for innovative technologies.
