ISTANBUL, April 15. /Dunyo IA/. The opening of the representative office of the Young Businessmen Association of Turkey (TÜGİAD) in Uzbekistan has come into the spotlight of Turkish media, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

In particular, the “Yeni Şafak” newspaper writes that the TÜGİAD office in Tashkent, along with developing trade and commercial relations with Uzbekistan, aims to strengthen economic ties between Turkic states, promote trade and create a sustainable platform for mutual growth.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the representative office, Gürkan Yıldırım, Chairman of TÜGİAD, noted: “The flag of our association flies not only in Türkiye but also in the world’s most strategic trade centers. With the opening of the Tashkent office, we are building a strong economic bridge in Central Asia among the Turkic republics. Our goal is to become the engine of the Turkic business world across this vast geography, stretching from America to China”.

TÜGİAD’s Regional Coordinator for Relations with Uzbekistan, Cemal Ersoy, emphasized the ambitious goals of the new representative office, stating: “We have come to this region not only to conduct business but also to transform our deep fraternal bonds into an economic force. This office will become a gateway of trust for our members not only in Uzbekistan but throughout Central Asia, as well as a center for the sustainable development of the Turkic world. The office opened today in Tashkent will serve as a vital pillar of a vast bridge that will increase trade volumes among Turkic states”.
