BMB Holding products presented to U.S. Secretary of Commerce

• 237TASHKENT, May 6. /Dunyo IA/. The founder of BMB Holding, Bekzod Mamatkulov, presented products of the national brand BMB Za’faron to the U.S. Secretary of Commerce, Howard Lutnick, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
These days, the United States is hosting the high-level international investment summit SelectUSA. This major global platform brings together investors, leading companies, financial institutions, and government representatives from around the world, fostering the establishment of new business ties and the expansion of strategic cooperation.
On May 4, a plenary session and the official opening ceremony of the exhibition were held as part of the summit. The event was attended by the Minister of Investments, Industry and Trade of Uzbekistan, Laziz Kudratov, and the Ambassador of Uzbekistan to the United States, Furqat Sidikov, as well as the U.S. Ambassador to Tashkent, Jonathan Henick.
In his welcoming remarks, the U.S. Secretary of Commerce, Howard Lutnick, highlighted the United States’ open economic policy, the favorable conditions created for foreign investors, and emerging investment opportunities. He also emphasized that a supportive legal and institutional environment for international investors is a key factor in the successful implementation of new projects.
During the exhibition’s opening ceremony, guests were presented with high value-added products from BMB Holding, including saffron, as well as dried and deeply processed fruit and vegetable products.
The ecological purity of the company’s products, their compliance with international standards, the strategy to expand export geography, and the use of modern processing technologies attracted significant interest from participants.
In addition, during a meeting between Howard Lutnick and the Chairman of the Board of Founders of BMB Holding, Bekzod Mamatkulov, particular attention was given to the consistent promotion of the company’s brand in the U.S. market. The parties also exchanged views on further enhancing export potential, diversifying product offerings, and strengthening bilateral trade and economic cooperation.
In particular, it was noted that products under the BMB Za’faron brand are highly valued in the United States and hold the internationally recognized USDA Organic certification, confirming their quality, safety, and full compliance with environmental standards.
