Uzbekistan citizens are able to visit the UAE visa-free from today

TASHKENT, February 16. /"Dunyo" IA/. A protocol on mutual exemption from requirements for issuing entry visas by Uzbekistan and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) was signed on January 16 of this year in the city of Abu Dhabi.
According to the document signed by the Ambassador of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Akkulov and the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the UAE Khalid Abdullah Belhoul, citizens of Uzbekistan are exempt from visa requirements for the period of stay in the UAE - no more than 30 days.
It's noteworthy that citizens of Uzbekistan can visit up to 29 countries without a visa. This places our country at 69th in the world ranking of passport strength according to the "Passport Index".
According to the Statistics Agency of Uzbekistan, in 2023 alone, 131,589 citizens visited the UAE.
