TASHKENT, December 5. /IA "Dunyo"/. Today, an international round table was held in the capital on the topic "Issues of supporting talents in the public service," reports a correspondent of the "Dunyo" information agency.

The event was organized by the Civil Service Development Agency under the President of Uzbekistan, together with the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) and the Central Agency for Finance and Contracts of Latvia.

It was attended by heads of ministries and departments, employees of human resource management departments, scientists, representatives of the diplomatic corps accredited in our country, industry experts from countries such as Azerbaijan, England, Germany, Latvia, France, the United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Turkey and South Korea.

During the round table, the problems of forming a personnel reserve for the civil service, modern and effective mechanisms for attracting talented people to the civil service were discussed.
