Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan agree to continue cooperation in the mutual supply of chemical products in high demand across the territories of both countries

ASHGABAT, April 1. /Dunyo IA/. On March 30th, a meeting between Ambassador of Uzbekistan Ravshanbek Alimov and Chairman of the “Turkmenhimiya” State Concern Rasul Myradov, took place in the capital of Turkmenistan, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

During the conversation, current issues regarding the further development of cooperation between the two countries in the field of the chemical industry were discussed in detail.

Parties identified prospects for implementing industrial cooperation projects by effectively utilizing existing capabilities and potential. In particular, they emphasized the importance of launching new investment projects by pooling the resources and production capacities of Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan in the chemical industry.

An agreement was also reached to continue cooperation in the mutual supply of chemical products that are in high demand in both countries.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed to maintain a systematic dialogue and mobilize all resources for the consistent and effective implementation of the bilateral agreements reached at the highest level.
