BRUSSELS, September 28. /Dunyo IA/.   A business delegation of Uzbekistan visited Belgium and Luxembourg, where it held negotiations with European companies and reached a number of practical agreements, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

During the visit, B2B meetings were held with representatives of local and European businesses. The parties discussed investments, transport connectivity, access to the EU markets, financial cooperation and development of digital services.

A meeting was held at the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Belgium with the participation of representatives from the European Commission and European Investment Bank. The primary topics included investment cooperation, “Global Gateway” initiative, transport infrastructure and interaction with the private sector.

Following the negotiations, parties reached agreements on expanding trade and economic cooperation, developing logistical connections, supplying Uzbek products to the Belgian market, as well as technological and investment cooperation in the pharmaceutical sector.
