LONDON, August 27. /Dunyo IA/. The documentary film “Treasures of Uzbekistan,” produced in collaboration with British historian and television presenter Bettany Hughes, will be broadcast on BBC Select in the United States and Canada, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

The film was previously aired on the prestigious British television channel Channel 4 and Australia’s SBS, helping to promote Uzbekistan’s historical and cultural heritage, tourism potential and unique attractions to international audiences.

The project is aimed at further promoting Uzbekistan’s tourism potential internationally, generating greater interest among foreign travelers and introducing a wider audience to the country’s distinctive destinations. In particular, Uzbekistan’s rich historical, cultural and architectural heritage is presented as one of the country’s key tourism assets.

The documentary is expected to provide additional impetus for attracting both international and domestic tourists to Uzbekistan’s historical sites, expanding the range of tourism services and strengthening the country’s position as one of the world’s most fascinating and attractive travel destinations.
