Uzbekistan and Russia discuss issues of cooperation in the field of public service and anti-corruption

MOSCOW, June 30. /Dunyo IA/. Advisor to the President of Uzbekistan on Personnel Issues Gofurjon Mirzaev, met in Moscow with the Aide to the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Mironov, reports Dunyo IA correspondent, citing with the Russian information and analytical publication “Ritm Evrazii”.
Meeting was also attended by Maxim Travnikov, Head of the Presidential Directorate for Public Service, Personnel and Anti-Corruption of the Russian Federation and Akmal Burkhanov, Director of the Anti-Corruption Agency of Uzbekistan.
During the meeting, parties discussed topical issues concerning the development of public service and state policy in the field of anti-corruption.
Following the talks, the sides signed a Cooperation Plan for 2026–2027 and agreed to continue interaction on matters of mutual interest.
According to the publication, the Cooperation Plan was signed as part of the implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Presidential Directorate for Public Service, Personnel, and Anti-Corruption of the Russian Federation and the Anti-Corruption Agency of Uzbekistan, concluded in Tashkent in April 2026.
