KUWAIT, June 29. /Dunyo IA/.  Abdulkarim Al-Hindal, a prominent blogger and Uzbekistan’s Ambassador of Culture and Tourism to Kuwait, took part in the 3^rd International Maqom Art Forum hosted in Namangan on June 23–26^th, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
