MUNICH, June 29. /Dunyo IA/.  Diplomats of Uzbekistan, at the invitation of the German company “Global Talent Alliance GmbH”, took part in the “TALENTpro 2026” International Specialized Exhibition held in Munich, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

Exhibition brought together representatives of German employers, recruitment agencies, educational institutions, government bodies, and the expert community specializing in foreign talent acquisition and the development of international cooperation in labour migration. The event featured over 90 exhibitors and more than 100 speakers, including representatives from such corporations and organizations as Siemens Energy, DHL Group, Evonik, Commerzbank, European Space Agency (ESA) and others.

On the sidelines of the exhibition, talks were conducted with the management of “Global Talent Alliance” and representatives of various German enterprises and entities seeking to recruit skilled personnel from Uzbekistan.

German partners were provided with comprehensive information regarding Uzbekistan’s state reforms in organized labor migration, the current frameworks for candidate selection, vocational and language training and the strategic operations of the Migration Agency.

During the negotiations, particular attention was paid to the employment of citizens of Uzbekistan in the fields of healthcare, logistics, industry, hospitality and elderly care.

Sides also discussed prospects for direct cooperation between German employers and the Migration Agency, as well as the implementation of joint projects for training personnel in accordance with the requirements of the German labour market.

Following the exhibition, an agreement was reached to maintain contacts with interested German partners, hold online negotiations involving the Migration Agency of Uzbekistan, exchange information on employers' staffing needs, and work on concluding cooperation agreements in the field of organized employment of Uzbek citizens in Germany.
