ABU DHABI, May 19. /Dunyo IA/. Ambassador of Uzbekistan Umid Shadiev met with Hussain Al Nowais the founder and chairman of “AMEA Power” - one of the UAE's largest private companies in the field of renewable energy, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

“AMEA Power” was founded in 2016 and specializes in the implementation of projects for solar and wind power plants, energy storage systems, “green” hydrogen, as well as water purification.

Company operates in more than 20 countries across the Middle East, Central Asia, and Africa. “AMEA Power” is recognized as one of the most dynamically developing companies in the renewable energy sector and has been highlighted in international “green energy” ratings.

During the meeting, the head of the company expressed gratitude for the attention and practical support provided to the projects being implemented in Uzbekistan by the country's government, under the leadership of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev. It was particularly noted that thanks to a far-sighted and balanced policy, the country has reached a new stage of development in a short period.

Highly praising the effectiveness of the projects in Uzbekistan, Hussain Al Nowais announced his intention to further expand his investment activities in the country.

Following the meeting, an agreement was reached on the participation of the head of the company and his team in the V Tashkent International Investment Forum, as well as on holding negotiations within its framework with relevant ministries of Uzbekistan.
