WARSAW, March 23. /Dunyo IA/. Polish newspaper “Rzeczpospolita” published an extensive article by Paweł Jaskuła, a Doctor of Political Science, titled “Will Poland become a logistics hub for Uzbekistan?”, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
The article states that Uzbekistan views Poland as a key logistical hub for exports to the European Union, which will allow for the diversification of trade routes.
“In line with the strategy, plans envisage the establishment of distribution centers in the Masovian Voivodeship and the Tashkent region, as well as the launch of a dedicated transport corridor across the Polish-Belarusian border”, - author notes.
According to data for 2025, Uzbekistan’s exports to Poland reached 136 million dollars, including textiles, metals and agricultural products. It is noted that new routes could halve transportation costs and enhance the competitiveness of products.
