“Avesta” IA: Culture remains one of the strongest bridges between the peoples of Uzbekistan and the United States

DUSHANBE, August 3. /Dunyo IA/. Popular Tajik news agency “Avesta” has published an article highlighting the role of culture in strengthening international trust and developing cultural and humanitarian cooperation between Uzbekistan and the United States, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
Publication notes that culture serves as one of the most effective instruments for bringing peoples closer together, strengthening mutual understanding between states and building sustainable ties between societies.
Particular attention in the publication is given to the dynamic development of cultural cooperation between Uzbekistan and the United States. It is noted that in recent years, interaction between the two countries has gone beyond traditional cultural exchanges and expanded to include such areas as education, academic ties, preservation of cultural heritage, arts and the development of creative industries.
Article provides examples of the intensification of cultural dialogue since 2017. In particular, it highlights the organization of concerts and master classes in Tashkent featuring American conductors, musicians, and professors, as well as the participation of the US-based “Gina Chavez Band” in the 11th International Music Festival “Sharq Taronalari” held in Samarkand.
