-  Over the past year and a half, I have had the privilege of visiting Uzbekistan twice, exploring not only its thriving capital but also the historic cities of Samarkand and Bukhara. Each of these destinations has left an indelible impression on me. The nation is witnessing rapid economic and social development, driven by a vibrant and energetic youth. Here, ancient heritage of the Great Silk Road harmoniously intertwines with contemporary realities.

Most importantly, on the eve of the 35^th anniversary of Uzbekistan’s independence, I would like to emphasize that the country is filled with vital energy, its youth possess clear and promising horizons, and its socio-economic development consistently demonstrates a stable, positive momentum.

Just like China, Uzbekistan adheres to the principle of human-centered development and places a profound emphasis on investing in human capital. I observe tangible milestones: new industrial sectors are emerging in rural areas, the digital economy is actively expanding, and society is becoming more modern and dynamic.

Uzbekistan's economy is no longer confined to regional ties and has transformed into an active participant in the global economy. This demonstrates robust confidence in its economic, financial, and social potential, while underscoring its openness to the outside world. Furthermore, Uzbekistan skillfully integrates investment, financial, and foreign trade cooperation with active engagement in globalization processes and comprehensive support for the youth.

In recent years, the country has witnessed a dynamic growth in its youth population. Here, the younger generation enjoys expansive opportunities for self-realization and excellent prospects, which I sincerely admire.

China and Uzbekistan are closely intertwined by centuries of shared history along the ancient Silk Road. Today, mutual trust and sincere friendship between our peoples are steadily strengthening, and multifaceted cooperation is developing, encompassing agriculture, poverty alleviation, and high technologies. Our research platform collaborates closely with numerous think tanks in Uzbekistan. Our comprehensive partnership is yielding tangible results across all sectors of society.
