Uzbekistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Iraqi Business Delegation signs cooperation agreement

ТASHKENT, January 20. /Dunyo IA/. During a visit by an Iraqi business delegation to Tashkent, the Iraq Businesswomen Council signed a cooperation agreement with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
The agreement was signed by Shatha Al Zuhairy, Chairperson of the Iraq Businesswomen Council under the Federation of Chambers of Commerce of Iraq. According to her, the visit of the Iraqi business delegation to Uzbekistan included high-level meetings and productive dialogues as well as the establishment of direct contacts to foster cooperation between businesswomen from both countries.
In addition, two further agreements were signed aimed at strengthening interaction between entrepreneurs in Uzbekistan and Iraq. These accords are intended to promote economic and investment cooperation on the basis of balanced partnership and the exchange of expertise.
Shatha Al Zuhairy also remarked: “We express our gratitude to everyone responsible for organizing this visit and the accompanying business forum. We believe that the visit was not only symbolic but also practical, as it included investement and business forums as well as the signing of several memoranda”.
