ТASHKENT, January 13. /Dunyo IA/.  A high-level Iraqi business delegation that arrived in Uzbekistan yesterday visited a number of leading industrial and innovation facilities in Tashkent, including enterprises of “Akfa Group” and “Krember”, “Tashkent Pharma Park”, “Technopark”, Localization Support Center at “UzAuto Motors” as well as “ARKA” furniture showroom, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

Members of the Iraqi business delegation also toured exhibitions showcasing the food industry, automotive manufacturing and auto parts, electrical engineering, furniture production and construction materials, gaining first-hand insight into Uzbekistan’s manufacturing capacities and industrial potential across these sectors.

B2B meetings were held between Uzbek and Iraqi entrepreneurs to explore promising areas of cooperation across various sectors.

A group of Iraqi businesswomen also visited the Madina Kasimbayeva Art Gallery.

The visit of the Iraqi business delegation is ongoing. It is expected to facilitate the establishment of direct dialogue between Uzbek and Iraqi business communities, promote discussions on mutually beneficial projects, and elevate bilateral trade and economic cooperation to a new level.
