CHANGSHA, September 22. /Dunyo IA/.  As part of the visit of the Tashkent Region delegation to the Hunan Province of China, meetings and negotiations were held with representatives of the region's leading companies, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

Uzbek delegation, led by the Khokim of Tashkent Region Zoyir Mirzaev, visited the companies “HNAC Technology”, “Sansure Biotech”, and “Suntown Technology”, where they familiarized themselves with their activities in the fields of energy, biotechnology and the food industry, as well as the production of high-tech goods.

Following the negotiations, a cooperation agreement was signed.

Furthermore, prospects for cooperation in wastewater treatment and the implementation of major infrastructure projects were discussed with the leadership of “PK Environment” and “Hunan Construction Investment Group”.

Visit also featured a roundtable meeting with representatives from around 20 companies operating in Hunan, Guangdong and Fujian provinces.

Chinese participants were briefed on the industrial and investment potential of the Tashkent Region, the business environment created in the region and proposed projects for implementation with the participation of foreign investors.

Following the meetings, an agreement was reached to organize business missions of Chinese company representatives to the Tashkent Region.
