The composition of Uzbekistan’s national rhythmic gymnastics team for the World Championships in Rio de Janeiro has been officially announced

ТASHKENT, August 20. /Dunyo IA/. From August 20 to 24, the city of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, will host the Rhythmic Gymnastics World Championships – one of the most prestigious sport events in the world, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

The Uzbekistan national team has already arrived in Brazil to take part in the competition. According to the Uzbekistan Gymnastics Federation, the final lineup of athletes representing the country at the World Championships has been officially confirmed.
In the individual program, Uzbekistan will be represented by Anastasiya Saranseva and Tahmina Ikromova. In the group exercise category, the national team includes Mumtozabonu Ishoqzoda, Irodakhon Sodiqova, Amaliya Mamedova, Adelya Fayzulina, Evelina Atalyants, and Maftuna Zoirova, who are set to showcase their skills on the global stage.
This World Championship is attracting considerable attention among fans of rhythmic gymnastics. The performance of the Uzbekistan national team is expected to play an important role in the continued development and international standing of the country’s sports sector.
