ТASHKENT, February 9. /Dunyo IA/. The Diyora Keldiyorova Judo Club has won the prestigious “IJF Judo Awards 2025” in the “Judo for Children” Project of the Year, established by the International Judo Federation (IJF), reports Dunyo IA correspondent, citing the federation’s official website.

The award ceremony took place during the “Paris Grand Slam” tournament, with the participation of leading representatives of the international judo community.

The Diyora Keldiyorova Judo Club was established in March 2025 and currently has around 300 children regularly training. The club’s founder, Diyora Keldiyorova, won the gold medal in the under-52 kg category at the XXXII Summer Olympic Games in Paris in 2024.

In addition, Diyora Keldiyorova was elected as a member of the IJF Athletes’ Commission, representing the interests of Uzbek judokas at the global level. The commission consists of nine athletes from different countries and will contribute to shaping IJF sports policy during the 2025–2029 Olympic cycle.
