Uzbek Students in in the Kazakh city of Atyrau explore youth support programs back in their homeland and country’s historical heritage

ATYRAU, February 19. /Dunyo IA/. A meeting was held at Khalel Dosmukhamedov Atyrau State University with Uzbek students studying at the university, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
Participants were provided with information on the ongoing reforms in Uzbekistan aimed at comprehensive support for youth. Special emphasis was placed on new initiatives and programs designed to create additional opportunities for education, personal development and professional growth for young citizens.
A dedicated segment of the meeting took the form of a “roundtable” discussion on prominent state and historical figures who have left a profound mark on the history of the Uzbek people - Alisher Navoi and Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur. The discussion highlighted their significant legacies and contributions to the development of statehood, the reinforcement of national values and the formation of the foundations of civil society.
Students were also briefed on youth-focused projects being implemented in Uzbekistan, including “Ibrat Farzandlari”, “Ustoz AI”, “Qizlar Akademiyasi”, “UzChess”, “Creative Park” and other initiatives aimed at developing the intellectual and creative potential of the younger generation.
It was noted that most Uzbek students pursue studies in economics, law, pedagogy and philology. During the meeting, explanations were provided regarding the procedure for the nostrification of foreign diplomas in Uzbekistan.
Additionally, students received consular guidance on Kazakhstan’s migration legislation.
