New Shipment of Uzbek Agricultural Products delivered to Kuwait under supply contract

KUWAIT CITY, July 15. /Dunyo IA/. Facilitated by the Embassy of Uzbekistan, an export contract worth 600 thousand dollars was signed for the supply of domestic agricultural products to Kuwait, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

Following an online meeting arranged by the diplomatic mission between the Kuwaiti company “Suma Fruits” and Tashkent-based enterprise “Globuz Marketing”, the parties signed an export contract for the supply of Uzbek agricultural products.

The first batch of domestic fruit and vegetable products under the contract was shipped from Tashkent to Kuwait in transit through the Sharjah International Airport (United Arab Emirates).

Currently, products are being distributed by “Suma Fruits” company through the largest retail chains in Kuwait.

It was previously reported that Uzbekistan had already exported 1 ton of fruits (apricots, peaches, plums, watermelons and melons) to this country.
