ABU DHABI, May 2. /Dunyo IA/. Diplomats from the Embassy of Uzbekistan held talks with Ayman Abdulbari, Executive Director of the UAE-based “Sura Holding”, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
During the meeting, company representatives provided details on an ongoing agricultural investment project in the Yangikurgan district of the Namangan region. Specifically, they reported that apples, cherries, apricots, peaches, and other crops are currently being cultivated on a 270-hectare site using high-quality saplings imported from Italy.
During the talks, company officials also noted that they have secured agreements for the large-scale export of their produce to the United Arab Emirates and Qatar. Furthermore, it was reported that the harvested crops are regularly distributed through the “Al Aweer Market” in Dubai.
In addition, the company has developed a mobile application called “Sura Trade”, which enables users to list agricultural products and facilitate online sales within the UAE market.
“Sura Holding” is a private investment holding company based in Abu Dhabi. Its core business activities include international investments and asset management, with operations spanning the agriculture, real estate and private equity sectors.
