BUDAPEST, July 20. /Dunyo IA/.  Diplomats from the Embassy of Uzbekistan organized a football tournament featuring compatriots permanently and temporarily residing, as well as studying, in Hungary, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

Event was aimed at strengthening mutual cohesion and amicable relations among compatriots, promoting a healthy lifestyle and encouraging physical activity.

Representatives of various age groups actively participated in the tournament, and the matches were conducted in a spirit of mutual respect, camaraderie, and fair play. The competition provided the participants with an opportunity not only to demonstrate their athletic skills but also to engage with one another, exchange experiences and establish new connections.

Following the event, gratitude was extended to the participants for their active involvement. The speakers underscored the importance of regularly hosting such sports and wellness initiatives, as well as further fostering cooperation and cohesion among Uzbek citizens residing in Hungary.
