Uzbekistan and France strengthen partnership in early childhood and school education

PARIS, March 27. /Dunyo IA/. Minister of Preschool and School Education of Uzbekistan  E’zozxon Karimova, who was on a visit to Paris, held a meeting with the heads of leading French educational and publishing organizations, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

During the dialogues, parties discussed issues regarding the development of French language instruction within the education system, introduction of modern teaching materials and the application of advanced international experience in preschool education.

Specifically, during the meeting with the leadership of “Groupe Hachette Livre”, they explored prospects for adapting the content of specialized French language textbooks to meet the national educational standards and curricula of Uzbekistan.

Additionally, the parties discussed the gradual implementation of modern teaching aids in preschool institutions and the realization of joint professional development programs for teachers.

Furthermore, Minister E’zozxon Karimova held talks with Nathalie Lesselin, the founder of “Kokoro Lingua”, a company specializing in educational technologies.

The focus of the parties was on monitoring joint educational programs, developing new curricula for preschool preparatory groups and the international certification of educators. They also discussed launching pilot French language clubs at the “Kelajak” (Future) centers.

Following the meetings, parties reached an agreement to further deepen practical cooperation in preschool and school education, implement specific joint projects in stages and strengthen the legal framework for bilateral collaboration.
