AKTAU, March 23. /Dunyo IA/.  Diplomats from the Consulate General of Uzbekistan in Aktau held an online meeting with representatives of the “APEC Training Center”, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

The meeting was also attended by representatives from Migration Agency and Agency for Vocational Education of Uzbekistan, as well as Kuvasay City Vocational School.

Parties discussed issues related to organizing vocational training in Uzbekistan, preparing specialists for both domestic and international labor markets and introducing technical fields of study in colleges.

Following the negotiations, Migration Agency presented recommendations for organizing the activities of the “APEC Training Center” in Uzbekistan. In turn, Agency for Vocational Education expressed its readiness to begin developing plans to integrate the center's experience into the country's vocational college system.

Kuvasay City Vocational School also expressed interest in establishing a partnership with “APEC Training Center”. The parties agreed to exchange information and further develop their cooperation.

Since 2017, “APEC Training Center” has been one of the leading innovative training centers, providing preparation for highly qualified specialists at all levels for the oil and gas, mining, construction and other industries in the regions of Western Kazakhstan.
