HOLON, August 15. /Dunyo IA/. A festival of cultures was held in the Israeli city of Holon, within the framework of which the culture, historical heritage and tourism potential of Uzbekistan were presented, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

Event was organized jointly with the Municipality of Holon and the World Congress of Bukharian Jews, with the participation of the Embassy of Uzbekistan.

The festival became one of the notable cultural events of the city, bringing together representatives of government agencies, public organizations, business circles, the tourism industry, as well as the Israeli public.

Guests got acquainted with the national traditions of Uzbekistan, its music, dance and gastronomic culture. Renowned performers, musicians, and creative collectives performed on stage, presenting the traditional cultural heritage of the country. Performances of dance ensembles and national music artists attracted particular interest.

Particular attention was paid to the tourism potential of Uzbekistan. The country was presented as one of the dynamically developing tourist destinations in Central Asia, combining ancient history and rich cultural heritage with modern infrastructure, safety, and traditional hospitality.

Organizers noted that the holding of the festival contributes to the strengthening of humanitarian ties between Uzbekistan and Israel, the expansion of cultural dialogue, and the heightening of interest among the Israeli public in Uzbek culture and tourism.
