Russian Far Eastern Enterprise eyes recruitment of the citizens of Uzbekistan through organized employment

VLADIVOSTOK, August 6. /Dunyo IA/. A meeting with Director of JSC “1470 UMTO” Igor Temchikhin, took place at the Consulate General of Uzbekistan in Vladivostok, during which prospects for cooperation in the field of organized employment of Uzbek citizens at the Russian enterprise were discussed, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
During the negotiations, the head of the company specializing in the production of reinforced concrete structures familiarized the Uzbek side with the enterprise's operations, its products, and available vacancies.
According to him, enterprise currently experiences a shortage of qualified personnel across a number of blue-collar occupations and is interested in attracting citizens of Uzbekistan within the framework of organized labour migration. In this regard, Igor Temchikhin expressed readiness to establish cooperation with the Uzbek side and requested practical assistance in recruiting and deploying workers.
The diplomats, in turn, informed the Russian side about the measures being implemented by the Government of Uzbekistan to provide social, legal, financial and cultural support to citizens working abroad, as well as the procedure for the organized and legal employment of citizens of Uzbekistan overseas.
Furthermore, they explained the procedure for establishing cooperation with the Migration Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan, the main provisions of the draft relevant agreement, and the requirements for the package of documents necessary to formalize the partnership.
Following the meeting, an agreement was reached for JSC “1470 UMTO” to submit, in accordance with the established procedure, an official appeal to the Uzbek side, enclosed with the complete set of documents required to establish cooperation in the field of organized labour migration.
