Prague discusses prospects for Uzbekistan–Czech Cooperation in Organised Labour Migration of Medical Professionals

PRAGUE, August 3. /Dunyo IA/. Embassy of Uzbekistan hosted a meeting with Zilola Irgasheva, Business Development Manager of the Czech company “ZYLORA”, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
During the meeting, parties reviewed the implementation mechanisms of the agreements reached between Migration Agency of Uzbekistan and Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic on the organized recruitment of healthcare professionals and nurses based on orderly labour migration.
Parties discussed matters regarding the further development of cooperation in this area, ensuring the legal and organized employment of qualified professionals and exchanged views on the prospects of expanding Uzbek–Czech interaction in the field of labour migration.
Company representatives reported that they are exploring the possibility of organizing specialized training courses in Uzbekistan to prepare nurses for subsequent employment in the Czech Republic
Furthermore, they provided information regarding their intention to thoroughly analyse the existing regulatory framework, procedures, and legislative requirements governing the deployment of healthcare professionals from Uzbekistan to the Czech Republic, aiming to formulate the company’s future strategy in this direction.
