TASHKENT, March 7. /Dunyo IA/. The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, Bakhtiyor Saidov, held a meeting today in Istanbul with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Türkiye, Hakan Fidan, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
“Glad to meet with my colleague, Foreign Minister of Turkiye H.E. Hakan Fidan, on the margins of the Informal Meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Turkic States in Istanbul, - the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan wrote in his telegram-channel. - Exchanged views on the situation in the Middle East and its regional implications.
Reaffirmed our shared commitment to resolving tensions through dialogue and diplomacy, in the interest of maintaining peace and stability.
Also confirmed our determination to fully implement all the agreements reached during the 4th meeting of the High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council held in January this year under the co-chairmanship of the Presidents of Uzbekistan and Turkiye”.
