BRUSSELS, December 14. /Dunyo IA/. A delegation from the State Customs Committee of Uzbekistan took part in a regional seminar organized under the Global Programme of the World Customs Organization (WCO) on trade facilitation, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
In addition, the seminar included working meetings with representatives from various WCO directorates, during which opportunities to expand cooperation in areas of mutual interest were discussed.
Uzbek delegation presented an overview of ongoing reforms in the national customs system, including digitalization initiatives, future development plans and measures to strengthen regional integration processes.
Participants praised the progress achieved in Uzbekistan’s customs reforms and highlighted the country’s commitment to modernizing trade procedures.
